Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion is open to all aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, visitscotland.com, their agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Entries from third parties, agencies or sent in bulk will be declared invalid and void.
4. No responsibility can be taken for lost, delayed or non-transmitted entries. Closing date for receipt of entries for the prize draw is 03/02/12.
5. The winner will be the first entry drawn by VisitScotland under independent supervision.
6. The winner will be notified within 28 days of closing date.
7. The winner's name will be available after 17/02/12 by enclosing a stamped addressed envelope and writing to VisitScotland Research Prize Draw, Ocean Point One, 94 Ocean Drive, Edinburgh EH6 6JH.
8. VisitScotland's decision is final and no dispute will be entered into.
